Where We Ship We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Orders of $35.00 CAD or more: Free shipping
- Orders under $35.00 CAD: $7.00 flat rate
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at exploreparallel@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work to make it right.
